Every tour is a run at conversational pace, set individually for each group — you don't need to be fast to join. Groups are capped at 10 people. When only a few people sign up we merge groups; if you'd rather have a tour just for you or your crew, say so in the notes.
We start with a warm-up together, so nobody sets off cold.
We run with stops for stories. We take the photos along the way, so you never have to stop with your phone out.
We finish with a group photo, stretching and time to talk and ask questions — no rushing.
Every runner gets a small keepsake from us at the end.
